A digital co-creation community was established to fulfill the wants and needs of Fortum's customers and employees. Through this, participants can be directly involved with the creation and development of products and services that best suit their requirements. The initiative involved the creation of exhibit area in Fortum's offices and a customer experience brochure, based on feedback from numerous customers. The objective of this online workshop is to facilitate the development of novel and innovative solutions.
